Stone Fabrication Shop Helper / General Labourer VE STONE LTD – Surrey, BC

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00–$22.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday VE STONE LTD is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and motivated Shop Helper to join our stone fabrication team.

No stone experience is required — we are willing to train the right person.

This is a hands-on, physical position in a busy stone fabrication shop. We are looking for someone who shows up on time, follows instructions, works safely, and is willing to learn new skills.

For the right person, there is an opportunity to learn stone fabrication, polishing, CNC operation, and other skilled positions within the company.

What You Will Do

- Assist experienced stone fabricators and machine operators
- Move and handle countertops and stone pieces safely with the team
- Assist with polishing, grinding, cutting, and finishing
- Prepare materials for production
- Load and unload materials and finished countertops
- Use basic hand tools and shop equipment after training
- Keep the shop and work areas clean and organized
- Follow safety procedures at all times
- Help with other production tasks as needed

Experience in construction, warehouse, manufacturing, cabinet shops, countertops, or stone fabrication is an asset, but not required.
