Responsible for maximizing sales, profitability and growth within the location. Responsible for leading the team, achieving operational excellence, store merchandising, delivering great customer experience, managing expenses and cost management. This role is to be the brand champion within the store

Responsibilities

- Building customer experience and customer relations to drive positive customer service, build basket size, retain continuous business, and increase customer footfall.
- Responsible for delivering results on key KPIs (Sales, Profitability, Costing, Customer Footfall, Basket Size, Safety)
- Provides leadership to the team, coaching and training them on how to do their job. Guides the team on priorities, daily must win battles and follows up to ensure tasks are complete as required by standards.
- Assists in hiring, manages training, scheduling, leads the performance management process, and if necessary, disciplinary process; identifies talent and develops employees for advancement.
- Maintains excellent operational understanding of all store areas




- Build and implement operational strategy to ensure compliance with health and safety policies, perfect merchandising, store cleanliness, and overall store presentation.
- Instills proper inventory controls and management to ensure maximum inventory compliance and minimum shrink.
- Maintains costs and expenses throughout the store to ensure proper cost management.
- Interacts with others in an accepting and respectful manner; remains positive and respectful, even in difficult situations, uses de-escalation tactics where required; promotes commitment to the organization’s vision and values; projects a positive image and serves as a role model for others
- Work with head office departments including HR, Finance, Supply Chain and marketing.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $70,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
