The successful candidate will initially serve as a Candico Store Manager, leading day-to-day operations while gaining hands-on experience in strategic planning, talent management, and operational excellence.

Upon successful completion of performance milestones and evaluation requirements, this position may lead to consideration for a future Franchise Owner/Operator opportunity, subject to business needs and approval processes.

*An initial significant investment will be required as a Franchise Owner/Operator. This will be discussed and disclosed to the successful candidate.

Strong business and financial acumen

Superior leadership and communication skills Experience leading and building teams Full knowledge of retail operations throughout a total store Adherence to provincial Occupational Health & Safety and Food Safety guidelines

Adherence to brand standards

Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading people and teams in a retail workplace

Post-secondary education preferred Knowledge and experience that will ensure the efficient operation of a business to achieve all financial targets and key performance indicators Must be legally eligible to work in Canada Employment credit and background check required
