Medicine Hat Home HardwareBuilding Centre is seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to leaddaily operations, drive sales growth, and support a high-performing team. Thesuccessful candidate will bring strong leadership, a solid understanding oflumber and building materials, and the ability to deliver excellent service tocontractors, vendors, team members, and customers.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in lumber and building materials.




- At least 2 years of management experience in an LBM or similar retailenvironment.
- Proven ability to lead and manage employees to meet performance and serviceexpectations.
- Demonstrated sales ability with a focus on driving revenue, supportinggrowth, and building long-term customer and contractor relationships.
- Ability to analyze sales information, identify trends, prioritize tasks, andadapt quickly to changing store needs.
