Store Manager - Edmonton

We are currently looking for a friendly, energetic, and dedicated individual to fill the role of Store Manager, In multiple Edmonton Locations

What we look for:

- 2 - 3 years of retail sales experience, jewellery or luxury retail sales is desirable
- Proven ability to deliver results in a sales driven and/or highly measured environment
- Ability to ensure that the store is staffed appropriately, according to the established guidelines by being proactive and building a pipeline of potential candidates
- Manage and coach all Brand Ambassadors to enable them to hit their target as well as store target. career development and succession planning
- Strong analytical skill to quickly summarize data to make objective decisions
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
