Job Overview- DUNKIN DONUTS

We are seeking energetic and motivated Store Managers to lead our Dunkin’ location. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage a talented team. Your leadership will inspire staff, uphold food safety standards, and drive the store’s success through effective management and operational excellence.

LOCATION: DOWNTOWN TORONTO

* MUST HAVE A VALID PASSPORT- TRAINNG WILL BE IN THE USA FROM NOVEMBER 2ND TO NOVEMBER 20TH- MANDATORY

Duties

- Lead and supervise all store operations, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop team members to deliver outstanding service.
- Maintain high standards of food preparation, cooking, and food handling in accordance with safety regulations.




- Oversee cash handling procedures and operate POS systems such as Micros POS efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with food safety protocols and sanitation standards at all times.
- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and control costs to maximize profitability.
- Foster a positive team workplace that encourages teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

- Proven supervising or restaurant management experience in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking, serving, and food industry standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Micros POS; bartending or barista experience is a plus.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Ability to manage cash handling processes accurately and efficiently.
- Previous experience in restaurant or kitchen management preferred; hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous.
