Role Description The Strategist role at Somi AI is a full time remote position focused on shaping the company’s strategic direction and turning ideas into actionable plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing market trends, user needs, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth and product evolution.

The Strategist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define priorities, design experiments, and develop clear roadmaps for initiatives. This role also involves creating concise strategic documents, setting measurable goals, and regularly reviewing data and feedback to refine strategies.



The Strategist will contribute to thought leadership by articulating Somi AI’s vision for rethinking intelligence in internal and external communications.

Qualifications

- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect high-level vision to concrete plans and outcomes.
- Experience in market, user, or industry research, including synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights into clear recommendations.
- Comfort working with data and metrics to evaluate initiatives, measure impact, and inform decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear narratives and present complex ideas simply.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively with product, engineering, design, and leadership teams in a remote environment.
- Self-directed work style, robust organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-evolving setting.
- Familiarity with AI, technology, or innovation-driven businesses is beneficial; experience in strategy, consulting, product, or operations is a plus.
