We are seeking a new Summer Student, Property Operations to join Brookfield Properties’ Property Operations department in Toronto, ON. In this role, you will support the program experts who are leading our North American operations initiatives.

The incumbent will provide administrative, technical, and research support and assist in developing / implementing enhancements to our operation and service levels.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Assist with energy and sustainability data research and reporting

- Support tenant experience initiatives

- Support health & safety reporting

- Assist with developing department project plans

- Support advertising revenue initiatives

- Spearhead property updates on digital platforms

Your Qualifications:

- Completed high school; currently enrolled in a post-secondary program, with a focus in Project Management and Engineering courses considered an asset

- Strong experience in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

- Experience in WordPress considered an asset

- Excellent communications skills,



with the ability to have clear and concise writing skills

- Able to meet various deadlines and results-oriented

- Customer service orientation and team skills

- Can manage internal and external stakeholder relationships with excellent presentation skills

- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

The expected salary range for this role is $20-23 hourly (non-exempt). Final compensation offered will be determined based on several factors including but not limited to relevant experience, education, job-related skills, and internal equity.
