As part of our activities in Canada, AAA Canada is looking for a Logistics & Supply Supervisor to support the operations of one of our clients, a key player in the aerospace industry located in Mirabel, Quebec.

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the plant's logistics and supply activities, while ensuring effective team management and supporting operational requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Supervise daily logistics and supply activities;
- Manage the team, including work organization, task allocation, and vacation planning;
- Coordinate priorities to effectively support plant operational requirements;
- Perform first-level approval of supply activities;
- Ensure deadlines are met and maintain effective operational follow-up;
- Collaborate with the various teams within the supply chain;
- Motivate and support team members in achieving operational objectives;
- Perform other related duties as required to support operations.

Qualifications

- DEP or DEC in Logistics, or equivalent education;
- Previous experience in a similar position involving personnel management;




- Experience within the aerospace industry;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP/MRP systems;
- Strong organizational, initiative, and decision-making skills;
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Strong leadership and team-management abilities;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Proficiency in both French and English, written and spoken.
