Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Supervisor for our Health Care Aide team to lead, support, and oversee daily caregiving operations within our senior care community. In this vital role, you will coordinate care delivery, ensure compliance with health and safety standards, and foster a positive environment for residents and staff alike. Your leadership will empower your team to provide exceptional, person-centered care that promotes dignity, independence, and well-being for all residents.

Duties

- Supervise and mentor Health Care Aides to ensure high-quality care delivery aligned with best practices and organizational standards

- Coordinate daily schedules, assign tasks, and monitor staff performance to optimize resident support

- Oversee medication administration procedures to guarantee accuracy and safety in compliance with healthcare regulations

- Assist with resident care activities including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, meal preparation, and recreational engagement

- Maintain detailed documentation of resident care plans, incident reports, and shift logs for accountability and regulatory compliance

- Support residents with dementia or disabilities by implementing tailored care strategies that promote comfort and familiarity

- Ensure a clean, safe environment by overseeing cleaning routines,



sanitation protocols, and safety checks

Qualifications

- Proven experience working as a Health Care Aide in assisted living facilities or nursing homes

- Strong background in senior care, including experience with dementia and disability support

- Knowledge of medication administration procedures and safety protocols

- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate caregiving staff

- Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals

- Ability to handle sensitive situations with compassion, patience, and professionalism

- Prior experience in home care or caregiving roles is highly desirable
