Badger Infrastructure Solutions Ltd. is currently seeking a SCM (Data) Coordinator to join the Supply chain & Manufacturing group at our Red Deer location.

The Manufacturing Data Coordinator will be responsible for the execution of daily operational supply chain and manufacturing tasks and assisting with strategic supply chain and manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to supporting Supply Chain & Manufacturing Improvement Initiatives, Master Data Management via Oracle, Work Order Support, ECO processing as well as the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and associated Training Programs and Manuals. This position will require continuous interaction with Engineering, Manufacturing Assembly, and Warehouse teams.

The compensation for this role will be commensurate based on education and/or experience.

RESPONSIBILITES

What You'll Be Doing:

- Ensure compliance with Badgers safety and high service standards. Badger is a safety-oriented company, and it is important to use this to help develop a competitive advantage and raise the standards of the industry.
- Support ongoing supply chain & manufacturing improvement initiatives to drive increased process efficiencies based on supply chain best practices.
- Support the implementation of new systems, add-on and features and execute Oracle testing (UAT) prior to new features being released to production.
- Assist in Coordinating with multiple departments and stakeholders to identify key issues, conduct root cause analysis and implement process solutions that meet business needs.
- Support the documenting of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all areas of supply chain management and manufacturing.




- Support the development of Oracle training manuals and provide training on standard oracle processes and procedures to the supply chain team.
- Assist in the Item set up process and in the updating of item attributes to ensure they are processed correctly and efficiently.
- Supports the Procurement team through productive and accurate BA and sourcing rule updates.

QUALIFICATIONS What You'll Need For Success:

- Degree or Education in Supply Chain Management or Business Administration is considered an asset. Will consider a combination of work experience with education.
- Experience with procurement, warehousing, and data analytics industry best practices.
- Excellent planning, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Strong working knowledge of common software packages (MS Office, Acrobat, etc.) and ERP systems (Oracle, Sage).
- Participate in all scheduled training identified by the leadership group.
- Be capable of working in a team structure with a diverse group of coworkers.
- The role requires mobility within work environments, use of office equipment, lifting up to 20 pounds, clear vision and hearing, effective communication skills, and occasional travel for meetings and training sessions.
