Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly and proactive Customer Support Specialist to join our online store team. You will assist customers with orders, payments, products, shipping, and returns while providing excellent service.
Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and chat.
- Assist with orders, payments, refunds, and returns.
- Provide product and shipping information.
- Update customer and order records.
- Resolve customer issues professionally.

Pay: $28.40-$29.30 per hour
