As the Executive Director of Talent Acquisition, you will report to the Assistant Deputy Minister of HR Client Service Delivery. This position drives enterprise leadership in workforce supply and strategic talent attraction, managing a large team dedicated to non-executive roles across the Alberta Public Service. Your role involves developing partnerships to bolster talent pipelines and implementing bold, solution-focused approaches in service delivery.
