Our client is a full-service law firm in the Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley for 50 years. They work with both corporations and individual to accomplish their desired results. They try to figure out their clients needs to provide unique solutions. The law firm provides high quality service to their clients. They believe in treating everyone with respect and becoming key members of the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Working on Tax files
- Completing the files in a timely manner
- Understanding and passion for working on tax files
- Drive to grow and passion for connecting with clients
- Perform the proper due diligence to attain all relevant information for files




- Develop and maintain superior relationships with clients and other team members
- Understand clients needs to get the best outcome for them
- Be comfortable with business development
- Represent clients in a qualified manner and close files in a timely manner
- Communicate with clients before, during and after receiving a file
- Adhere to all legal and ethical standards

Successful candidates must have:

- Minimum of 5/6 years of experience working as a Tax Planning or 3 years as a Tax Litigation Lawyer
- Extremely detail oriented with ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and project skills
- Have sound judgment and ability to understand their client’s perspectives
- Ability to provide superior service to clients
- Handle the caseload from beginning to end
- Member of the B.C BAR and in good standing
- Ability to provide clear direction and comfortable with delegating tasks

Compensation

- Salary between $135,000 to $180,000
- Bonuses
- Benefits after probation
