Altea Active is seeking a Skating Skills Instructor who is passionate about teaching and empowering young skaters. This role focuses mainly on children aged 3-8, creating a positive learning environment.

As an instructor, your primary responsibility will be to convey skating techniques in a secure and fun manner. You'll leverage your exceptional communication skills to foster relationships with clients and their parents while implementing effective skating solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Teach and demonstrate skating techniques for children
- Maintain accurate records using CRM software
- Engage clients in personalized training programs
- Conduct assessments to monitor client achievements
- Enforce safety protocols during sessions

Requirements:

- Recognized personal training certification
- CPR/First Aid certification needed
- 1+ years of relevant experience preferred
- Education related to health and fitness is a plus
- Excellent rapport-building and communication skills
