Rethink is looking for an enthusiastic studio production artist with

- A minimum of 2-5 years' work experience with print and digital production
- Keen interest in working with digital automation, motion graphics and web banner animation
- Experience working in an agency environment
- Experience with fast turnarounds

As a member of the production studio, you will create layouts for various print and digital projects, ranging from out-of-home to point-of-sale to social media and more. You will be part of a collaborative team that cares about quality, craftsmanship, respect, curiosity, creativity, and personal growth.

What you'll bring:

- Advanced experience with Adobe Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop, operating at above average speed.
- Agency experience in studio workflow and process.
- Well versed in Celtra and Figma, with experience in AI automation.
- An interest in learning motion graphics in Adobe After Effects.




- An interest in creating HTML banners using Google Web Designer.
- Experience with getting briefs and then proactively completing projects with little supervision.
- An affinity for organization, efficiency, and problem solving.
- Completion of a Design or Art program.
- Typography training is a plus.
- Retouching experience is a plus.

Office Location: 720 King St. West, Toronto
Compensation: $70K- $85K annually, based on experience and qualifications
