Job Overview:

We are seeking dependable and experienced Cooks to join our client's team for upcoming events in Brantford. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and are looking for adaptable, event-based opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare food according to recipes and event requirements
- Adhere to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures
- Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction
- Operate kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, boilers, etc.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic work area at all times
- Ensure the security and proper use of company assets

Qualifications:





- Food Handling / Safety Certificate is mandatory
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
- Ability to safely handle knives and kitchen equipment
- Strong understanding of food safety rules and regulations
- Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and pushing as required
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when needed
