Position Overview: We are seeking a passionate, licensed Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) to join our growing team on a part time independent contractor basis. Initially, the schedule will cover Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with excellent potential to expand hours and days in the future as your practice grows with us.

This is an incredible opportunity for a practitioner who aligns with an integrative, patient-centered model and wants to collaborate cross-disciplinarily with other dedicated health professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough initial health assessments and patient intakes prior to treatment.
- Provide high-quality, individualized therapeutic and relaxation massage treatments tailored to client needs.
- Develop effective home-care and self-management recommendations.




- Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient electronic medical records.
- Collaborate effectively with our existing team of manual osteopaths, RMT's, psychotherapists, and hypnotists to ensure coordinated, holistic patient care.
- Foster strong, trusting relationships with clients to support long-term health outcomes.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Graduation from a recognized massage therapy diploma program.
- Must be fully licensed and in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
- Must hold valid, active professional liability insurance.
- Strong alignment with a mindfulness-based, holistic, and collaborative healthcare model.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.

Compensation & Terms:

- Structure: Competitive 70/30 split (70% practitioner / 30% clinic).
- Schedule: Part-time (Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays), with options for expansion.
- Environment: Fully supported practice environment with administrative backing, patient referrals from the existing multidisciplinary team, and a warm, community-focused clinic culture.
