Salary:

Classification 12 $29.26 - 30.17 per hour in accordance with the BCGEU Support Collective Agreement. Temporary employees also receive an additional $0.58/hour in lieu of advantages and 6% vacation pay included with each pay period.

Description:

The Student Records Officer is responsible for ensuring that student records and related services are maintained at the highest level of accuracy, privacy, and standards. This position will coordinate and maintain systems processes that support records and student services; ensures fee assessments are correct; processes forms, letters, and request for student records information and liaisons with various departments and students on student record-related matters.

Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3 years related experience and 2 years of post-secondary education.
- Must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and customer service skills.




- Attention to detail is required.

An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
