We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Team Lead to join our retail management team. Responsibilities

- Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of retail associates to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee daily store operations, including merchandising, pricing, inventory management, and cash handling procedures.
- Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members to build a high-performing workforce.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure positive shopping experiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative documentation.




- Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase store visibility and sales performance.

Qualifications

- Proven supervising or team management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environments.
- Open availability that meets the needs of the business, including weekends and holidays
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead diverse teams effectively.
- Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and retail sales operations.
- Experience with merchandising, pricing strategies, purchasing, and inventory control.
- Demonstrated ability in recruiting, training & development, budgeting, and sales management.
- Excellent organizational skills
