Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their needs to ensure a positive shopping experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stockrooms, and common areas
- Support inventory management by restocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and organizing merchandise
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately to process transactions efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and uphold store standards
- Address customer inquiries promptly and escalate issues to management when necessary
- Follow safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure environment for all

Experience





- Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse customers and team members
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and perform physical tasks as needed
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A proactive attitude with a focus on teamwork, reliability, and delivering excellent service
