What You’ll Be Doing:

- The Art of the Bowl: Layering and crafting our signature, highly-Instagrammable açaí bowls and smoothies with speed, precision, and flair.
- Guest Obsession: Bringing the energy! Greeting every customer like a VIP, guiding them through our menu, and keeping the good vibes flowing from the moment they walk up.
- Hustle & Flow: Handling high-volume rushes with a cool head and a huge smile. Operating the POS system, handling transactions, and keeping the line moving without losing focus.
- Stock & Supply: Receiving inventory deliveries, organizing the backroom, and rotating stock to keep the store running like a well-oiled machine.
- Prep & Perfection: Slicing fresh fruits, stocking unlimited toppings, and ensuring our superfoods are always fresh and ready to go.
- Keep It Clean: Maintaining a spotless,



organized prep station and front counter, strictly following all food safety and sanitation standards.

Who We’re Looking For:

- Unshakable Reliability: You are punctual, accountable, and take your schedule seriously. When you are on the roster, your team knows they can count on you to show up and put in the work.
- Energy Match: You have a naturally positive, outgoing attitude and bring a strong sense of professionalism to a tight-knit, fast-moving team.
- Physically Fit for the Job: You are comfortable being on your feet for a full shift and can safely lift, move, and arrange stock (boxes up to 40-50 lbs) when deliveries arrive.
- Quick Learner: You don't need to be an açaí master yet—we will train you! But you do need the hustle, focus, and drive to learn quickly.
- Bonus Points: Previous experience in quick-service restaurants, cafes, or retail.
- Bonus Points: A valid Food Handler Certification.
