Visa is seeking a strategic Senior Compensation Manager to support our global Technology organization. You will advise senior leaders, People Business Partners, and Talent Acquisition on compensation programs that attract and retain top tech talent.

Partner with stakeholders to align strategies with Visa’s Total Compensation Philosophy, requiring strong analytics, executive presence, and the ability to influence decisions in a rapid‑growing environment. In-office expects 3 days weekly.
