About the Role:

We are seeking a versatile, hands-on Technical Associate with a Computer Science background to provide engineering, software, digital marketing, and prototyping support directly to a senior executive.

This role is for a builder or recent CS graduate who genuinely enjoys doing different things—ranging from building web applications and setting up marketing automations to creating digital media assets, designing 3D CAD models, and 3D printing physical components.

Because you will be supporting a fast-moving executive rather than a massive software team, you must be a self-driven problem solver. You will be expected to use AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Copilot) as a technical partner to write clean code, build assets, audit systems, and master current tools quickly. This is an ideal entry-level position for someone who wants to skip the corporate "silo," work on diverse projects, leverage AI tools, and prove their capability through real results.

What You Will Do (Project Scope Across Multiple Areas):

- Coding & App Development: Build, tweak, and test web applications, front-end designs, scripts, and API integrations using modern software practices.
- Digital Marketing & Growth Tech: Configure digital marketing tech stacks, set up tracking/analytics, build landing pages, execute technical SEO, and manage digital campaign workflows.
- Content Creation & Visual Media: Generate digital assets, graphics, and technical content using AI media tools, design software, and automation pipelines.
- 3D Design & Prototyping: Design 3D CAD files, render models, configure slicers, and operate 3D printers to fabricate physical prototypes or custom display components.
- Workflow Automation: Connect tools via APIs, webhooks,



and scripts to automate internal business and marketing workflows.

- You have a Computer Science degree (or equivalent technical foundation).
- You are nimble, eager to learn, and want to earn your stripes by working on real projects from the ground up.
- You are autonomous: when you hit a technical roadblock, you leverage AI, and trial-and-error to find practical solutions.
- You care about building practical, end-to-end solutions rather than just theoretical code.

Useful Background (You don't need to be an expert in all, but should have a solid grasp of some and the curiosity to learn the rest):

- Software & CS: Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS, WordPress, Webhooks/APIs.
- AI Tooling: Prompt engineering, Cursor, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney/DALL-E for media generation.
- Digital Marketing: Google Analytics, SEO basics, email automation, web landing page builders.
- 3D Hardware/Design: 3D printing (FDM/SLA), CAD modeling (Fusion 360, Blender, SolidWorks).

Position Type & Compensation:

- Type: Freelance / Contract / Project-by-Project (Hourly, In-Person).
- Rate: CA$23.00 – CA$28.00 per hour (Depending on baseline technical skills).
