Role Description:

Solid stakeholder management, facilitation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Ability to balance business priorities with technical constraints.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Strong data analysis skills, including querying, validating, and interpreting datasets.





Familiarity with portfolio management platforms such as Bloomberg, Charles River, or BlackRock Aladdin.

CSM or PSM Agile certification.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and analyze business requirements from portfolio managers, middle office, trading desks, and technology teams.

Translate requirements into functional specifications, process flows, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

Partner with Product Owners and technology leads to refine and prioritize the product backlog.

Support solutions improving efficiency, transparency, and compliance across collateral processes.

Break down requirements and user stories into manageable deliverables for sprint execution.

Facilitate discussions between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Track delivery progress, risks, blockers, dependencies, and project priorities.

Drive Agile best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide clear project updates and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.

Salary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 130,000 Per Year
