LimitlessAI | Equity-based role

We’re looking for a technical entrepreneur to join the founding team at LimitlessAI. We’re building an AI operating layer for businesses - a platform where companies can deploy and manage agents that understand the business, coordinate with one another, and carry out work toward shared goals. Rather than configuring individual automations, teams can delegate ongoing responsibilities to agents that plan, execute, and adapt with human oversight.

The role

You’d help build the foundation: shared business context, agent coordination, and the systems that keep work running reliably across tools and processes. The longer-term objective is to replace much of the disconnected software and manual coordination businesses rely on with one workplace where employees and AI agents work together.

You’ll be expected to identify problems, determine what needs to happen, and follow through. We’ll agree on priorities, but you’ll be responsible for organising and executing your work.

The role extends beyond development. You’ll need to understand what customers need, consider the business implications of technical decisions, and question an approach when you think there’s a better one. Asking for help and keeping the team informed are part of that responsibility.





Who we’re looking for

Someone with practical technical ability and an interest in building a company. You should be comfortable working with software, AI tools, APIs, and integrations, and able to build, test, troubleshoot, and maintain what you deliver.

Previous experience starting a business or independently building a product is relevant. We’re interested in examples of work you took responsibility for, the decisions you made, and the results.

You need to be comfortable making progress without having every requirement defined in advance.

The arrangement

This is an early-stage, equity-based role with direct involvement in the company’s product and technical direction. The equity allocation and terms would be agreed before joining.

Resources are limited, priorities can change, and there is financial uncertainty. We’re looking for someone prepared to commit to building the business and share responsibility for how it develops.
