Salary Range:

The salary range for this position is $66,000 to $91,000. The final offer will be determined based on the successful candidate’s skills, experience, and internal equity considerations. Please note that the offer may fall anywhere within the posted range and is not necessarily at the top end.

Overview:

The position will be responsible for coordinating support for the Fraser River Tunnel Project’s technical team and to facilitate the day-to-day work of the Technical Directors, Technical Manager and Project Managers.

Key Accountabilities:

- Supports the administration of technical consulting contracts including review of activities, hours and associated expenditures.
- Develops and maintains a tracking system to ensure all technical correspondence, communications and submissions are documented and distributed.
- Leads document and record management within the technical team.
- Tracks technical team deliverables and tasks to ensure timely completion, supports drafting of internal reporting as required.
- Prepares, formats, and proofreads a variety of documents and materials such as memos, presentation materials, graphs, flow charts, tables, reports, briefing notes, correspondence, and spreadsheets, using desktop tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Arranges and schedules technical meetings, and makes necessary arrangements (e.g., arrange meeting dates and locations, prep meeting materials and required equipment and organise meals), prepares agendas with pertinent background information,



tracks action items, attends meetings, and takes and distributes minutes.
- Responds to queries raised by the project team and elevates as appropriate.

Qualifications:

- Post secondary education in business administration, arts, communications, or engineering or an equivalent combination of education and experience; preference will be given to candidates with direct experience in project management for infrastructure or heavy civil projects.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle the demands of a fast-paced project with deadline pressures.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Experience and proficiency working with the MS Office Suite (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint), MS Teams, and SharePoint.
