Introduction

We are seeking a agile and skilled Technical Specialist with bilingual proficiency in French and English to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the seamless operation of mission-critical systems and maintaining business service levels.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 2-4 years of work experience in IT or business environment and/or a B.S./B.A. in computer science, engineering, information systems, math, or business.
- Understanding of Information Technology operating processes for effective delivery, including IT Operations standards for monitoring, logging, and alerting.
- Technical and/or business functional knowledge of systems, tools, timing, and dependencies.
- Proficiency in verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaboration and team skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Influence skills.
- Data-driven decision-making skills.
- Must be bilingual, French and English.
- Prior work experience in the client's industry.
- Experience with enterprise monitoring/logging solutions.




- Knowledge of support and operations practices, concepts, and technology.
- Experience in root cause analysis and incident recovery.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Monitor and restore service, change, support, and handle day-to-day activities to ensure mission-critical systems run smoothly.
- Provide Help/Service Desk support and coordinate Incident Management.
- Deploy changes to the production environment and engage 3rd party providers during incidents.
- Participate in testing cycles to ensure infrastructure and applications' operability.
- Provide end-to-end technology support, including computer, applications, network, and storage.
- Proactively monitor system performance and identify operational improvements.
- Provide inbound call assistance to end-users for application, technical, and IMACD needs.
- Collaborate with appropriate areas across the organization to strengthen operational capability.
