- Work with the crew to safely complete in-building jobs on spec, on time and on budget.
- Work will be in various environments.
- Read and follow civil drawings and customer work orders.
- Must be able to travel across Canada and US for long durations.
- Ensure job site and personnel safety protocols and practices.
- Site documentation, including updates, issues (with suggestions to resolve), redline drawings, etc.
- Troubleshooting systems in various environments.
- While viewed as an asset, this is not an IT-related position.
- Familiarity with DAS In-building Wireless System solutions (iBwave, Ekahau & RanPlan design software platforms).
- Familiarity with Cisco Private Radio & IoT system design, including antenna selection and placement.
- Site Surveys and Audits, Methods of Procedure and migrations.
- Deep knowledge of Cellular, 5G, IoT, Wi-Fi and LMR Systems.
- Technical writing for redline drawings, Closing documents.
- Support the project teams through problem determination and issue resolution.
- Managed Services Monitoring of our clients' networks.

- Deep knowledge of building construction, cable installation, system testing, etc.
- Experience working with Canadian mobile carriers is an asset.
- Experience with RF, DC power cable installation, antennas, radios, Repeaters, etc.
- Proficient at passive cable testing and troubleshooting.
- Deep experience in DAS RF design and optimization, and layout reading.
- Knowledge of various RF tools and post-processing software.
- Experience with fibre optics installation, testing and troubleshooting.
- Must be able to lift upwards of 50lbs and work in various environments.
- Reliable, mature and committed to your career advancement and learning new things.
- Experience with scissor lift operation is an asset.
- Valid Working at Heights certificate.
- Clean driver's abstract and reliable transportation.
