Lovely Pao is looking for a reliable and responsible Temporary Delivery Driver to cover an existing driver who will be away for the month of November.

Training Period: October 21–31, 2026

Temporary Coverage Period: November 4–28, 2026

Applicants must be available for the full training and coverage periods.

What You’ll Do

- Deliver products to supermarkets and retail partners on time and in excellent condition.
- Restock store shelves and ensure products are organized and presentable for customers.
- Build positive relationships with store managers and staff by being friendly, skilled, and dependable.
- Load and unload products safely.
- Maintain an organized delivery vehicle and monitor reefer/temperature-control equipment.
- Handle products carefully and follow food-safety requirements.
- Use maps and trip-planning tools to complete delivery routes efficiently.
- Record vehicle mileage, fuel costs, delivery information, and any vehicle or route issues.
- Complete pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip vehicle inspections.
- Operate employer-supplied automobiles, vans, or light trucks.
- Collect or process payments for goods when required.
- Identify opportunities to improve product presentation and delivery operations.
- Represent Lovely Pao professionally when interacting with stores and customers.

What We’re Looking For
- Highly reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Able to work independently and take ownership of assigned routes.




- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable problem-solving and adapting to changes during a delivery route.
- Valid Ontario G-class driver’s licence.
- Minimum 5 years of driving experience.
- Clean driving record.
- Must be 25 years of age or older.
- Physically able to repeatedly load, unload, and move product cases.
- Must be able to lift/carry up to 90 lbs when required.

Requirements Successful applicants may be required to provide or complete:
- Criminal record check.
- Medical examination, if required.
- Food Handler Certification.
- Any additional safety training required for the position.

Vehicle supplied by employer.

Compensation

Regular Wage: $21.00/hour

Training Wage: Applicable Ontario minimum wage during the training period only.

Schedule The delivery schedule is:

- Wednesday: 6:00 a.m. until route completion — approximately 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Thursday: 6:00 a.m. until route completion — approximately 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Friday: 6:00 a.m. until route completion — approximately 2:00 p.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Saturday: 7:00 a.m. until route completion — approximately 12:00 p.m.–2:00 p.m.

Route completion times may vary depending on traffic, store delays, delivery volume, and other operational factors.
