We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Temporary Painter to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for applying paint, stain, and coatings to various surfaces in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Duties

- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, scraping, and patching to ensure optimal paint adhesion
- Apply primers, paints, stains, and sealants using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment with precision
- Use hand tools and power tools safely for surface preparation and finishing work
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality




- Communicate clearly with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are understood and met

Experience

- Prior construction experience with a focus on painting or finishing work preferred, but not necessary
- Experience in restoration or industrial painting projects is a plus
- Strong customer service skills for interacting professionally with clients when necessary
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment
