We are looking for an experienced Tent Installer to join our team in Surrey, BC. The ideal candidate is a trained, reliable, and physically capable skilled with hands-on experience installing frame tents and marquees of various sizes for weddings, events, festivals, corporate functions, and private gatherings.

Responsibilities

- Install and dismantle frame tents and marquees of various sizes.
- Read and follow tent layouts, site plans, and installation instructions.
- Safely assemble tent frames, roofs, walls, flooring, and related equipment.
- Properly stake, anchor, secure, and tension tents according to site and safety requirements.
- Load, unload, organize, and transport tent equipment as required.
- Work efficiently as part of a crew while maintaining high-quality installation standards.
- Inspect equipment and report damaged or missing components.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site.
- Follow all company safety procedures and instructions.
- Work outdoors in different weather conditions and on various types of terrain.
- Assist with other event setup and teardown duties when required.

Requirements
- Previous professional tent installation experience is required.
- Strong experience installing frame tents and marquees of different sizes.




- Ability to safely use hand tools and tent-installation equipment.
- Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy equipment.
- Comfortable working at heights and on ladders where required.
- Reliable transportation to job sites is an asset.
- Valid driver's licence is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy event periods.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
