About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Product to play a pivotal role in the strategic development of its product portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the product vision and long-term roadmap, ensuring that it is in line with customer needs, market trends, and the company's growth strategy.

This high-impact leadership position requires a seasoned qualified with over 10 years of product management experience, including a proven track record in B2B SaaS or hardware-enabled software businesses. The VP of Product will be a key member of the executive team, working closely with the CEO, CTO,



and other leaders to prioritize initiatives and align product direction with business strategy.

Key responsibilities for the VP of Product include leading the identification of new product opportunities, guiding the company through critical product decisions, and linking product strategy to P&L; impact. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in SaaS product management, with experience in introducing best practices that complement teams with deep industry or hardware expertise.

While experience in AgTech software is a plus, the role demands a professional who can quickly learn and succeed in new, complex markets. The VP of Product will also be instrumental in the company's expansion, moving from product-market fit to the next phase of growth, which involves launching new offerings and strengthening internal product processes.
