As an integral part of the team, you will report to the Chief People & Culture Officer, overseeing day-to-day HR operations.

Your responsibilities include recruitment, performance management, and continuous improvement of HR practices, helping to foster a supportive work environment that embodies The Link’s mission. Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and advise on HR and labor relations issues
- Facilitate management throughout performance evaluations
- Develop comprehensive position descriptions as needed
- Implement and manage HR policies and compliance strategies
- Lead recruitment initiatives and talent management practices Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education in Human Resources
- 3-5 years of comprehensive HR experience
- Experience in youth service organizations preferred
- Knowledge of employment standards and compliance regulations
