Responsibilities

- Install, rotate, balance, and repair tires with precision and care to ensure safety and optimal vehicle handling
- Perform oil changes, fluid top-offs, filter replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks efficiently
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete repairs accurately and safely
- Conduct vehicle inspections to identify mechanical issues and recommend necessary repairs or services
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times
- Assist customers by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance or products when appropriate




- Support the sales team by providing knowledgeable input on tire options, maintenance packages, and accessories

Qualifications

- Prior dealership or automotive mechanic experience preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key!
- Strong mechanical knowledge with familiarity using hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment
- Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment repeatedly throughout the day safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic understanding of automotive repair processes and routine maintenance procedures
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background checks as required
