Responsibilities

- Perform tire rotations, replacements, balancing, and inspections to ensure optimal vehicle safety and performance
- Conduct oil changes and fluid top-offs using hand tools and power tools efficiently and accurately
- Assist with basic mechanical repairs, including brake inspections, battery replacements, and other routine maintenance tasks
- Use mechanical knowledge to identify issues and communicate findings clearly to customers or supervisors
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining services performed and recommending additional maintenance when appropriate




- Assist in inventory management of tires, oils, filters, and other automotive supplies

Qualifications

- Previous dealership or automotive repair experience is highly preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely as part of tire installation or vehicle servicing tasks
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities
- Basic understanding of automotive systems and maintenance procedures
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow within the automotive service industry
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is a plus
