The Drive Ahead

As a Tire Technician, you’ll help keep our customers safely on the road while supporting the day-to-day operations of our busy Service Department. Your responsibilities will include:

- Mounting, balancing, rotating, installing, and removing tires
- Completing seasonal tire changeovers efficiently and accurately
- Inspecting tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns
- Performing tire repairs when appropriate
- Checking and adjusting tire pressures to manufacturer specifications
- Safely operating tire-changing, balancing, and shop equipment
- Moving and storing tires and wheels as required
- Identifying concerns and communicating them to the Service team
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Assisting technicians and other members of the Service team when needed
- Following dealership procedures and all workplace health and safety requirements

Performance Essentials

- Previous tire shop or automotive experience is an asset




- Experience mounting and balancing tires is preferred
- Valid driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable working in a physically demanding and fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift and handle tires and wheels throughout the workday
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safe, quality workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Willingness to learn and take on additional responsibilities
- Ability to stay organized and productive during busy seasonal tire periods
