Service (ETS) is looking for a dedicated Transit Revenue Contract Coordinator to oversee key revenue-generating and operational vendor agreements. In this role, you will manage major multi-year service contracts—including the regional Arc smart fare system, advertising, and parking revenue programs—ensuring vendors meet high standards for safety, reliability, and service levels. Working closely with regional municipal partners, external vendors, and internal teams, you will navigate contract negotiations, change management, and risk mitigation strategies.

You will also play a key role in evaluating long-term contracted service models and leading regional initiatives like the U-Pass program. If you excel at building collaborative partnerships, driving financial compliance, and optimizing system performance, we encourage you to apply!What will you do?Manage all operational aspects of multi-year revenue contracts, including the regional Smart Fare (Arc) system operating contract, the regional operating agreement, and UPASS, advertising and parking agreementsOversee vendor compliance with contracted service levels, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to safeguard organizational obligationsLead contract negotiations, change management mechanisms, and amendments in close collaboration with legal advisorsFacilitate and lead regional U-Pass contract negotiations with post-secondary institutions and partner municipalities, including complex financial analysisCollaborate with vendors on system software enhancements,



maintenance schedules, and feature design implementations on behalf of the regionInvestigate and resolve contractor-related operational incidents, service deficiencies, and public inquiries in coordination with client service teamsUtilize data from systems like SAP Ariba, SAP ECC, and Quicksight reporting tools to track performance, conduct financial audits, and deliver strategic reports to leadershipBuild and maintain positive cooperative partnerships with transit system leaders, external suppliers, and regional municipal partnersQualifications:Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Management, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible and diverse contract management and contract negotiation experience, preferably with revenue generating contractsAssets:Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) certificationExperience working with complex automated fare collection systems or regional transit governance structuresSkills required for success:Strong strategic planning, organizational, analytical, relationship management, and negotiation skillsExcellent problem-solving abilities with the capacity to exercise a high degree of independent judgmentOutstanding listening, facilitation, presentation,
