Join UFA as a Philanthropy and Fundraising Lead, focusing on developing strategic initiatives that strengthen agricultural communities. This full-time position will be pivotal in creating impactful donor engagement and funding strategies.

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Community Impact, you will be responsible for building relationships across Alberta and Western Canada. The role includes designing effective fundraising methodologies and ensuring sustainable financial support for the charity’s mission. You will be actively engaged in community and donor relations, driving significant impact in rural areas.

Key Responsibilities:



• Implement a comprehensive fund development strategy • Build a network of individual and corporate supporters • Oversee grant applications and donor stewardship • Represent the charity at agricultural and community events • Work with the Board on fundraising priorities

Requirements: • 5-10 years in fundraising or philanthropy • Experience securing sponsorships and major gifts • Solid relationship-building skills • Knowledge of nonprofit best practices • Valid driver's license needed for travel
