Location: Calgary or Edmonton - This role is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement, providing flexibility to work both on-site in either Calgary or Edmonton and remotely from home on a scheduled rotation. The successful candidate will be expected to work on-site full-time until they are fully trained and comfortable in the role.

We’re looking for an Underwriting Assistant with a strong foundation in commercial lines insurance.
As an Underwriting Assistant, you’ll support the Commercial Auto underwriting team by processing policies, assessing routine risk, and providing service to brokers. You’ll play a key role in ensuring accurate policy administration while contributing to strong broker relationships and service delivery.

Typically, these skills are gained through a one-year certificate in a relevant field of study such as Business, specializing in Insurance & Risk Management and 1–2 years of directly related experience in Commercial Lines.
