Overview The Used Car Sales Manager will oversee daily sales operations, develop effective sales strategies, manage inventory, and coach a high-performing team. The ideal candidate brings solid automotive sales experience, proven leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service while achieving dealership targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily used vehicle sales operations and team performance.
- Recruit, train, coach, and motivate sales consultants.
- Develop sales strategies and achieve monthly sales and profitability targets.
- Oversee inventory acquisition, pricing, merchandising, and aging.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and sales KPIs.
- Collaborate with finance and service teams to ensure smooth vehicle deliveries.




- Maintain exceptional customer satisfaction and resolve concerns professionally.

Skills & Qualifications

- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Experience in automotive sales, inventory management, and business development.
