Responsibilities

- Greet clients warmly, check them in and out efficiently, and manage appointment scheduling with enthusiasm.
- Assist veterinary staff with animal handling, restraint, and basic clinical procedures to support patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records, update client information, and ensure confidentiality at all times.
- Manage phone inquiries, provide information about services, and coordinate follow-up appointments seamlessly.
- Support laboratory tasks such as sample collection, processing, and record keeping—experience in laboratories is a plus!




- Keep the clinic environment clean, organized, and stocked with supplies to promote a safe and efficient workspace.
- Communicate effectively with clients about treatment plans, medication instructions, and post-visit care instructions.

Experience

- Prior experience working in a veterinary clinic or animal shelter is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to connect with pet owners and team members alike.
- Laboratory experience is highly desirable to support diagnostic procedures and sample handling.
- Compassionate attitude with a genuine love for animals and dedication to providing outstanding customer service.
