Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8:00 am–5:30 pm; Thursday from 8:00 am–6:00 pm; rotating Saturdays after training from 9:00 am–2:00 pm

What You’ll Do





Greet clients and patients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner

Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and text communications

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently

Check patients in and out for appointments and surgical procedures

Maintain accurate client and patient records within the practice management system

Process payments and discuss invoices, treatment estimates, and payment options with clients

Communicate appointment reminders, follow‑up instructions, and hospital updates

Coordinate communication between veterinarians, technicians, and pet owners

Assist clients with prescription refill requests and food orders

Manage incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and client correspondence

Keep reception and waiting areas clean, organized, and welcoming

Monitor appointment flow and assist with schedule management throughout the day

Support the veterinary team with administrative and clerical responsibilities

Follow hospital policies and procedures related to confidentiality, safety, and customer service
