You are a strategic finance leader who enjoys balancing big-picture thinking with hands-on financial oversight. You have experience leading complex finance functions across multiple business units, partnering closely with executive teams to drive profitability, support growth, and make informed business decisions. Financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance reporting, and financial analysis are areas where you excel, and you are comfortable translating complex financial information into clear recommendations for both financial and non-financial stakeholders.





You are a collaborative leader who develops high-performing teams, builds strong relationships across the organization, and continuously looks for opportunities to improve processes, controls, and overall business performance. Whether you're evaluating an acquisition opportunity, leading financial integration efforts, building long-term financial strategies, or supporting operational leaders in understanding their results, you bring a strong commercial mindset, analytical expertise, and a passion for creating long-term value... and YOU love movies.

THE JOB:

Strategic Finance Leadership

- Provide strategic leadership and oversight for all finance functions across Kinepolis Group’s North American businesses.
- Partner with executive leaders to drive profitability, operational efficiency, and long-term value creation.
- Support strategic decision-making through financial analysis, forecasting, scenario planning, and business insights.
- Present financial results, recommendations, and performance insights to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Financial Planning & Performance Management

- Lead the annual budgeting process and oversee forecasting, financial planning, and performance management across the North American portfolio.
- Establish and monitor KPIs, providing reporting and analysis on financial performance, trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Provide recommendations on resource allocation, cost management, revenue optimization, and capital investments.





Accounting, Compliance & Financial Governance

- Oversee accounting, treasury, tax, compliance, and financial reporting activities across North America.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and compliance with applicable regulations and accounting standards.
- Partner with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions to maintain strong fiscal governance and oversight.
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities and drive continuous improvement of financial processes, systems, and controls.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Growth

- Lead financial due diligence, valuation analysis, and financial modeling for acquisition opportunities.
- Develop and execute financial integration plans for newly acquired businesses.
- Partner with executive leadership on acquisition strategies, capital allocation, and other growth initiatives.
- Ensure successful financial integration and ongoing financial management of acquired businesses.

Leadership & Collaboration

- Lead, mentor, and develop the finance, accounting, and business controller teams across North America.
- Build robust partnerships with leaders across Operations, Marketing, and other business functions to align financial and business objectives.
- Collaborate with Kinepolis Group on global finance initiatives, best practices, and strategic projects.
