The Recreation

Director will plan, implement, and oversee all recreational activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable workplace for youth. Interest in community engagement and program development is essential. Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and supervise summer recreation programs
- Ensure effective operation of recreational facilities
- Provide leadership and feedback to team members
- Maintain budgets and resource allocation
- Communicate with parents and community about programs Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Recreation, Education, or similar
- Experience in youth program development and delivery
