- Offer bilingual customer support and administrative assistance
- Onboard clients telephonically to Vivanta programs
- Log and analyze data for effective program management

- Complete administrative tasks related to benefits management Requirements:
- Post secondary education or relevant experience
- Experience in office administration preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English and French
- Excellent communication abilities, both written and oral
