Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong expertise in prototyping, layout, composition, color theory, and typography.
- Experience applying IBM Design Thinking & Design Thinking Methodology in enterprise environments.
- Ability to create user experiences that work effectively across devices and screen sizes.
- Experience creating or working within design systems, style guides, and established brand standards.
- Strong visual communication skills with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual experiences.
- Understanding and application of accessibility and inclusive-design principles.
- Prior work experience at client or in client's Industry

Preferred Skills & Qualifications





- Experience with industry-standard design and prototyping tools.
- Experience contributing to digital product strategy within Agile/Lean environments.
- Experience in Travel & Transportation or Banking; experience with enterprise-scale products is advantageous.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement user interfaces that meet project specifications.
- Develop and maintain design systems and style guidelines to ensure consistency across projects.
- Participate in design reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
