The Vivanta Representative will work closely with the Manager Vivanta Services and other Vivanta team members in providing administrative support and bilingual customer service to clients, groups and internal customers (the business). Work may involve Vivanta programs such as Specialty Connect and other Vivanta patient-facing programs, as well as Vivanta pharmacy benefit administration. The Vivanta Representative will actively contribute to a positive and productive working workplace.

Key Business Functions, Responsibilities, and Accountabilities

- Provide telephone and administrative support and customer service to clients, groups and pharmacies in a professional manner
- Telephonic onboarding clients to Vivanta programs
- Log and compiles data and performs analysis of data
- Handle client information discreetly and confidentially
- Perform administrative duties related to benefit and program administration
- Adheres to all applicable company policies, procedures and standards




- Maintain a clean and safe work environment as per company requirements
- Other duties as required

Technical SkillsRequired:

- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong attention to detail
- High degree of accuracy
- Excellent telephone etiquette
- Strong customer focus and ability to work in a team setting

Preferred:

- Proficient use of Kroll Educational and Working Experience

Required:

- Post secondary education or relevant experience
- Previous experience in office administration
- Bilingual

- Experience with pharmacy claim payments or group benefits administration
- Experience working as a pharmacy assistant
