Linking Hope is a Winnipeg charity that connects surplus goods and volunteer time with grassroots organizations serving Winnipeg and Northern communities. We’re seeking an organized, people-focused coordinator to create welcoming volunteer experiences, build community partnerships, and help turn generosity into meaningful impact.

What You’ll Do

Recruit, welcome, orient, schedule, and support individual and group volunteers.

Coordinate secure, inclusive volunteer experiences for distribution days, community events, and emergency-response initiatives.

Build partnerships with businesses, schools, post-secondary institutions, agencies, and community organizations.

Enhance our volunteer management system to ensure a successful experience.

Lead volunteer communications, recognition, recordkeeping, impact reporting,



and continuous improvement.

You’ll Thrive Here If You

Have experience coordinating volunteers, community programs, events, nonprofit activities, or related work.

Bring strong organization, communication, scheduling, and relationship-building skills.

Are adaptable, dependable, inclusive, forward-thinking,and comfortable working in office, warehouse, community, and event settings.

Can use Microsoft 365 and communication or contact-management tools; occasional evening or weekend availability is required.
