Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM (EST)- eight hours with half hour lunch break Compensation: $19 CAD per hour

About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team located in our warehouse facility at 17-11 Progress Avenue, Scarborough, ON, M1P 4S7. This hands-on position is ideal for someone who performs well in a fast-paced setting and values precision, organization, and teamwork.

A successful candidate who demonstrates strong performance, initiative, and leadership potential will have the opportunity to progress into a Warehouse Supervisor role. We are looking for a candidate that has strong leadership skills, and is excited for an opportunity to move into a leadership position. Throughout your employment, you will gain exposure to inventory management, fulfillment workflows, process documentation, and cross-department coordination—building the foundation needed to step into a supervisory position.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will support day-to-day warehouse operations including order fulfillment,



inventory control, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Job Responsibilities:

- Fulfillment of orders domestic and international orders
- Preparing and organizing customs documentation
- Prepping and organizing items to support daily warehouse operations
- Performing regular inventory audits and reconciliations
- Picking items for orders & stocking inventory replenishments
- Coordinating with other departments to maintain clear and effective communication
- Accurate reporting of under- and over-deliveries
- Assist walk in customers with inquiries about product offerings
- This position includes other administrative tasks as needed

Job Requirements:

- Previous experience in fulfillment is preferred
- Effectively handling high volumes of inventory is preferred
- Any prior leadership experience is valued, including coaching, mentoring, volunteer leadership, team captain roles, or training others in a work or non-work setting is preferred
- Requires constant lifting of up to (66 lbs)
- Strong communication, coordination & team working skills
- High attention to detail with products and accuracy when handling products
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
